The newly built property is situated at the former Gulf Greyhound Park which is transforming into a major commercial corridor. Since 2010 alone, the Asset’s surrounding 1-mile radius has experienced a staggering population growth of 178%. Additionally, the households within that radius have average incomes exceeding $126,000 annually. Much of the growth within the region can be attributed to the thriving Galveston Port, one of the nation’s busiest hubs for shipping and logistics. The Port has propelled economic expansion in other sectors throughout the area, including tourism and healthcare.
