JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group, as sole and exclusive agent for the owner, has been retained to offer for sale the fee simple interest in the 148-room Delta Hotel by Marriott Baltimore North (the "Hotel" or "Property"). This opportunity allows for the acquisition of an upscale, Marriott-branded hotel in one of Maryland's most affluent areas.
