Simtra BioPharma Solutions continues a nearly 22-year legacy of operations at the property, originally established as Baxter Healthcare and acquired in 2023 for $4.25 billion by private equity firms Advent International and Warburg Pincus. The company is currently deploying $500+ million across adjacent Bloomington facilities—a scale of concurrent investment that reinforces irreversible market commitment.
