TCC Dongyang Tower Sales

Jones Lang LaSalle Co., Ltd. (the "JLL"), on behalf of LB Property Management Inc. (the Property management company, asthe corporate director of “LB No.59 General Private Real Estate Investment Limited Liability Company”) (the “Seller”), is pleased to offer the opportunity to acquire 20 MW powered land of 543 Gukhoe-daero, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul with the TCC Dongyang Tower (the “Property”).

The Property is a highly scarce datacenter development Property located in core Seoul, secured 20MW of power from the KEPCO on October 2024.

The Property offers the opportunity to benefit from direct and indirect leasing demand resulting from the expansion of Yeouido and Yeongdeungpo DC cluster, go-live and development datacenter projects are expected.

Interested parties are welcome to submit LOI and other necessary documents to the place designated by the Seller. Detailed information regarding submission of LOI and bidding process will further be informed through separate bidding guide.
