Jones Lang LaSalle (“JLL”) has been retained on an exclusive basis to arrange the leasehold sale of Lighthouse Point (the “Property”) , a Class A, new construction multi-housing asset located at 5 Bay Street in Staten Island, New York. The Property, delivered in 2025, features 115 residential units spanning 13 stories. The Property’s 115 residential units are comprised of 66 market rate, 19 market rate stabilized, and 30 affordable units. The per bed breakdown comprises of 25 studios, 64 one-bedrooms, and 26 two-bedrooms.
