The Hotel offers various valueadd opportunities, including upside potential through a targeted rooms refurbishment, optimising meeting rooms, ground floor reconfiguration and further repositioning enhancement through rebranding. The Hotel is currently encumbered by a Franchise Agreement with Accor, set to expire in December 2026, at no cost to an incoming buyer, providing full vacant possession optionality in the near future.
