(“JLL”) has been retained by The Park Ministries, Inc (“The Park Ministries”, “Park Ministries, Inc.”, or “Owner”) to offer qualified developers the generational opportunity to present their qualifications to develop the 33-acre site into a vibrant mixed-use development that will serve Charlotte and the surrounding region.

Park Ministries, Inc. is seeking a partner to redevelop the 33-acre property into a vibrant, mixed-use development that will serve Charlotte and the surrounding region. They will require space to hold services and is looking forward to seeing how developers program the site to maximize it’s highest and best use. The Property will need to be rezoned to allow for increased density. The City of Charlotte has the Property designated as a “Regional Activity Center” under it’s 2040 plan and is receptive to rezoning to allow for mixed-use development. Accordingly, Park Ministries, Inc. is requesting proposals for development of the Property emphasizing not only the economics of a transaction, but also the scope and quality of the development, intended use, timeline for completion and other factors.
