Jefferson County Public Schools (“Jeffco”) is soliciting qualifications (“Pre-Qualification Document” or “Document”) from potential buyers ( “Buyer” or “Respondent”) to purchase the approximately 9.3 acre property located at 7750 Harlan St in Arvada, Jefferson County, Colorado (referred herein as “the Property”). The Buyer will be responsible for any required entitlement, development, financing, construction, maintenance, and operation of the improvements constructed thereon for the project (“Project”). The Property is currently owned by Jeffco and will be sold outright to the awarded Buyer.
