The Learning Experience Academy of Early Education (the “Tenant”) is one of the largest and fastest-growing childcare and early education companies in the country with over 315 locations open and 250 new locations in various stages of development.
The lease features a corporate guaranty from The Learning Experience Corp. (the “Guarantor”) for the initial ten years of the term.
