JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group, as exclusive representatives of the Special Servicer, is pleased to offer for sale the leasehold interest in the North Carolina Hilton Select Service Portfolio comprising three Hilton-branded select service Hotels with a total of 392 rooms in Raleigh and Charlotte. These hotels are being OFFERED INDIVIDUALLY OR AS A PORTFOLIO.

This offering represents an excellent opportunity to acquire premium branded select service Hotels offered at a significant discount to both replacement cost and the previous owner’s cost basis. The Portfolio offers a strong upside opportunity to complete change-of-ownership PIPs and implement an improved revenue management strategy to increase operational efficiencies under new ownership. Each Hotel is subject to a 99-year ground lease, which commenced in January 2015.
