("JLL") is pleased to offer, on an exclusive basis, the fee simple interest in the 184-room Holiday Inn Boston-Cambridge Area, the 188-room Hampton Inn Boston/Natick, and the 251-room Verve Hotel Boston Natick, (individually the "Hotel" or "Property" and together the "Hotels" or “Portfolio").
