The subject property consists of 13 plots of agriculture land in the districts of Baning and Suau, Kapit, Sarawak. The subject property has proper access roads. The new highway linking Sibu and Kapit is now accessible since August 2017 although some earthworks are still going on at a short stretch of 9.5km.
