COHAB Portfolio

JLL (“Jones Lang LaSalle”) has been retained on an exclusive basis to arrange the sale of a four-property Cohabs branded co-living portfolio (the “Portfolio”), comprised of institutional quality, fully renovated multifamily assets across Manhattan and Brooklyn. The Portfolio includes 429 East 12th Street (East Village), 141 Engert Avenue (Greenpoint), 625 Morgan Avenue (Greenpoint), and 36 West 128th Street (West Harlem).

Prospective investors will have the flexibility to either continue operating the assets under Cohabs’ best-in-class co-living platform or implement their own management strategy while maintaining the existing co-living framework, providing both operational continuity and strategic optionality.
