Northlake Mall (the “Property” or “Mall”) is a two-level super-regional mall located at 6801 Northlake Mall Dr, Charlotte, North Carolina. Situated on approximately 119.8 acres, 58.7 of which are owned, the Mall has a total gross leasable area (GLA) of approximately 1,078,836 square feet (SF), of which 548,048 are owned. The Property features anchor tenants including Belk (180,000 SF, non-owned), Dillard’s (185,788 SF, non-owned), Macy’s (165,000 SF, non-owned), Galleria Furniture (83,511 SF, owned), and a 14-screen AMC Theatre (58,858 SF, owned).
