The Greater Boston Hotel Portfolio

("JLL") is pleased to offer, on an exclusive basis, the fee simple interest in the 184-room Holiday Inn Boston-Cambridge Area, the 188-room Hampton Inn Boston/Natick, and the 251-room Verve Hotel Boston Natick, (individually the "Hotel" or "Property" and together the "Hotels" or “Portfolio"). Offers will be considered both on a portfolio and individual asset basis.

The Hotels offer investors the opportunity to acquire three assets in the high-barrier Boston lodging market. Each Hotel offers multiple value-add business plans including renovations, potential re-branding, and development optionality on excess land. A new owner will benefit from ideal locations, strong historical cash flow, and long-term upside. The Hotels are being offered unencumbered by management and at a significant discount to replacement costs.
