In total, the Portfolio is 91% leased to 22 tenants with a weighted average lease term of 2.2 years.

The Portfolio spans two infill submarkets in Denver with extreme barriers to entry and strong historical fundamentals. Three of the properties, or approximately 50K SF and 60% of the RBA, are located in the South Central submarket. The fourth property is located in Broomfield in the Northwest Submarket and represents 40% of the RBA.
