Alegro Sintra

Alegro Sintra is a consolidated and highly successful shopping centre

situated in the western Greater Lisbon area with a GLA of ca. 58,000 m2.

Sintra is the second most populous municipality in Portugal after Lisbon,

with approximately 387,000 residents and accounting for around 4% of the

country's total population. The shopping centre benefits from a strategic

location, with approximately 1.2 million people living within a 20-minute

driving distance. Additionally, the entire northern Lisbon population of

approximately 2 million people can reach Alegro Sintra within a 30-minute

drive.

The centre has excellent accessibilities, via the IC19 toll-free motorway

which is the busiest commuting motorway to Lisbon and is close

to the A16 motorway, enabling a driving distance from Lisbon of ca. 20

minutes.
