Raydient St. Marys Development Site

Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. (JLL) is pleased to offer the sale of multiple multifamily, residential and industrial development sites within Raydient St. Marys, a new master-planned community in St. Marys, Georgia. This project, developed by Raydient (a division of Rayonier), aims to create a sustainable, mixed-use community serving Coastal Southeast Georgia and the Greater Jacksonville area. The development will feature smart growth principles, blending open spaces, trails, and tree-lined roadways to enhance the unique low country lifestyle.

At full buildout, Raydient St. Marys will include 3,000 residential units, 1.2 million square feet of industrial space, an 18-hole golf course, 400,000 square feet of commercial space, and additional facilities for medical, office and hotel uses. Taylor Morrison Homes has already begun construction on Esplanade St. Marys, a 1,300-home development with a championship golf course, signaling strong growth potential for the area.
