JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group, as sole and exclusive agent for the owner, has been retained to offer for sale the fee simple leasehold interest in the 120-room Hampton by Hilton Inn Downingtown/ Exton (the “Hotel” or “Property”). Exton is a major shopping district in Chester County with a current unemployment rate of 3.80% and a predicted job growth rate of 39.10% over the next ten years. The location is at the confluence of U.S. Route 202, U.S. Route 30, and PA 100, connecting traffic from Philadelphia, Lancaster, and Wilmington. Exton is also backed by a strong healthcare presence, with Main Line Health opening a 32,000 sq ft facility in the heart of downtown Exton at the Exton Square Mall.
